This data represents the transcripts of all undergraduates in the College of
Engineering at Stanford University. This is a snapshot mostly taken in June
of 2001, except the CS majors' were taken a few months earlier. There are a
total of 1030 students in 9 majors.

Courses in the data are uniquely identified by a string such as "230-145-0",
which means course 145 (extension 0, meaning no extension) of department 230
(Computer Science). This string appears as attribute "course" in the Course
element. For example, the entry:
