Based on the demo Laurence prepared for Dirk (researcher from UBILAB) we discussed what enhancements are necessary for the Transportation demo, so it can be used for next summer's DARPA demos: - having the megamodules on more than one computer (==> we need three computers on which we can run Orbix) - enhancements to I/O-megamodule - rewrapping all the transportation modules? - Best-Route megamodule: estimate should give back some results - adding a selection criterion (cost, time) to megamodule Best-Route that can be preset - second megamodule Best-Route in Java and RMI Is that list complete? We further discussed about how we can use user-data for control-decisions. I will write a short summary of this discussion and put it on the web.
